1. Who we are

Salu is an AI receptionist service delivered as a hosted API + WordPress plugin. By subscribing you enter a month-to-month service agreement with Salu.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your API key private, your billing details current, and the accuracy of the business info you feed to Salu. If we detect misuse (spam, abuse, illegal content) we may suspend service after one warning.

3. What Salu does

Salu answers visitor questions on your WordPress site, captures leads, and (when configured) books meetings. It uses large language models under the hood. Answers are Salu's best effort — you're responsible for reviewing and correcting anything material.

4. Billing

Monthly, in advance, via Stripe. Cancel any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds available within 14 days of first charge, no questions asked. After that, no partial-month refunds.

5. Data

Conversations are logged for support and quality. We do NOT train foundation models on your data. Visitor personal info collected via the lead form is emailed to you directly; we retain it only in the interest of debugging. Full details in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

Salu is provided as-is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes: 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after notice = acceptance.
